2. Introduction of Wood Shaving Machines:
Wood Shaving Machine is mainly used to produce thin shaving of same thickness.
It includes the machine frame, platform on the frame, blades on the platforms and belt guard.
The log or tree branches enter to the machine from the feeder, then after the cutting by the inner cutters, so we can get the shavings. The shaving is uniform in size, thickness.
The shaving can be used as the raw materials of shaving board, and the material of wood pulp paper in paper industry, the packing bed in transportation for fragile goods, as well as the soft sleeping bed for pig, cattle, sheep and other animals.
3. Main Structure:
This machine includes machine frame, platform on the frame, knife rest fixed on the platform, electrical box which supply the power to the shaving machine, timber pressing device and timber round movementdevice. The timber pressing device compress the timber tightly onto the platform through air cylinder, the timber round movement device is installed onto the timber's slipway through driving of hydraulic cylinder, then this device moves shuttling along the platform, the the shaving knife produce the shavings.
Because of this kind structure, the machine can produce good quality wood flakes.
